Join the Corrections Foundation and support your fellow officers and staff – and possibly yourself – in times of accidents, critical illness, and emergencies.
Your contribution also stays in Florida, is invested in Florida, and only goes back to help your co-workers in Florida.
We have three different membership levels for you to choose from:

LEADERSHIP: $25.00 per pay period — receive a DC jacket, DC polo shirt, DC padfolio, invitation to private events, and membership pin.

PROTECTOR: $15 per pay period – receive a DC polo shirt, DC padfolio, invitation to private events, and membership pin.

SUPPORTER: Minimum $1 per pay period, recommended $3 per pay period – receive a membership pin.
Best Way to Join
Download the Corrections Foundation payroll deduction form and fax to 850-410-4411. Your minimum $1 per pay period membership will be deducted from your paycheck. PDF – 504K

Download the Corrections Foundation annual membership form and mail your credit card information or check for a minimum of $26. PDF – 116K
