9:30 AM – Registration, Putting Contest and Range Balls
11:00 AM – Tee Time – lunch on the carts
4:30 PM – Awards Ceremony & Dinner
30 Four-Player Teams
Cost: $75 per player by Friday, October 13th. $85 per player on or after Saturday, October 14th (covers green fees, cart, lunch, goody bag, & awards ceremony meal)
Pre-registration: Register by Friday, October 13th-$75 per player/$ 300 per team. Register on or after Saturday, October 14th—$85 per player/$340 per team. The team captain should fax or mail the completed form for the entire team to the Foundation at the fax #/address on the form. Full payment for the entire team should be made by check or credit card when registering. Reservations at the course will be confirmed once registrations are paid in full. Sorry, no refunds after Friday, October 13th, 2017.
On-Site Check-In: The team captain and all team members should check-in at the same time to receive your starting hole assignments.
