Testimonials

What Florida Department of Corrections officers, staff, and contractors say about the Corrections Foundation.

I just wanted to say thank you, again, for the assistance the Foundation has recently given me. It will certainly help and has already taken some weight off of my shoulders. You all work very hard to take care of our people. It is tremendously appreciated!

Central Office

Thank you to you and everyone else who made it possible for my family and me to receive this assistance.  I am eternally grateful and can’t say thank you enough.

Secretary, Franklin CI

For over 10 weeks, I was out of work, dealing with some of the worst pain in my life. Being out that long put my family in financial straits. One day my boss dropped by and gave me a very generous check from the Foundation.  I realized that I was a member of a FAMILY!

Academic Teacher - Hamilton C.I.

Great organization!

Al Shopp, PBA

I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart, who took the time to help my family. I appreciate this so much. I even have enough for me to start taking my baby to the specialist

Staff Assistant

What they do for our Prison Shelter Dog Programs is Awesome!!!!

Gail Irwin

As the Director of the Pawsitive Direction program at Okeechobee CI, I can say with sincere gratitude that the Corrections Foundation has been incredibly helpful. Not only has the help come in the form of supplies when needed, but support and guidance, as well.

Nicole Ardent

I just want to say Thank You for the assistance you provided to my baby girl! I’ve always been an avid supporter of the foundation but now that it’s blessed my family personally, I’m an even bigger advocate! Thank you doesn’t even begin to express the gratitude in my heart right now!

Karlene Marchant

They were there when we needed them. To the Corrections Foundation, my family and I say, “THANK YOU.”

Probation Officer

Let me say that I can not thank you enough for the help. I was at my wits end trying to figure out how I was going to be able to pay the co-payment for the surgery and still be able to cover everything else. The Foundation has been a God send for me and […]

Recommended Service

The Corrections Foundation frequently receives calls asking if we help cover legal expenses. While we do not, we recommend signing up for US Legal Services, which may be able to help cover fees for attorneys.*
